Come join us for an epic workout session at CYCLEBAR! Get ready to sweat it out with a unique combination of strength training and spin cycling brought to you by Nu Fitness Personal Training. This in-person event will push your limits and leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and have a blast while doing it.
For each class we will offer spin students a fitness enhancing experience before or after each class. We will do a 20 minute strength training instruction focused on functional strength and strength that enhances your spin performance. Additionally we will train core, mobility, and instruction focused on preservation of flexibility, core stability & muscle balance; our expert personal trainers will perform assessments and diagnostics for corrective movement and optimal fitness strategy moving forward. We help integrate the individual pieces into the big picture of your fitness!
